"Fun for the kids, but not sure it was worth the price"
We went in hoping for a really great time since it wasn’t exactly cheap, and the kids did have fun for a little while. They ran around, got excited, and enjoyed themselves at first, so it wasn’t a bad experience by any means. But after a bit, it kind of felt like there just wasn’t enough there to justify what we paid. I kept thinking, “That’s it?” Overall it was okay, but for the price, I expected more. I’m not sure I’d book it again

I went on a really busy day and expected it to be chaos, but the queues moved well and the staff did a good job keeping everyone calm. It was actually more organised than I thought it would be. I did feel a little uneasy after paying, like I wasn’t totally sure everything would go smoothly from that point, but in the end it turned out fine.

"Fun-ish, but the balance was all over the place"
I went with a couple friends it was just okay. Some parts were so easy we breezed through them like, “Wait… that’s it?” and then suddenly a few bits were weirdly confusing in a way that felt less like a fun challenge and more like my brain was being personally attacked. The staff were nice enough, no complaints there, but for the price I really expected the whole experience to feel more balanced. It definitely wasn’t terrible or anything, but I walked out feeling kind of disappointed and a little betrayed by my own expectations.

"Honestly surprised it got sorted so quickly"
Had an issue with my order and I was annoyed at first. I don’t usually have much faith in customer service, so I was expecting a lot of back and forth, but they actually replied quickly and sorted it without any hassle. Fair play to them, I can’t really complain now. I’d use them again.

The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, which made the whole thing feel easy. I had a couple of questions, I always think of them at random times, of course, but they sorted everything out without any fuss. Just a smooth visit overall, and I’d happily go back again

"I had such a good laugh..."
I had such a good laugh playing these games. They were really fun, but what I liked most was how they got everyone talking, joking around, and just enjoying the moment. It was one of those simple experiences that ends up feeling really memorable

Booked a slot and, to be fair, everything actually ran right on time. The staff were really chilled and made it easy, and the kids absolutely loved it. i blame myself for not taking them sooner because there was no messing about at all. We’ll definitely be going back.

"Save Your Time Unless You’re Really Curious"
I was expecting more activities, but after one visit it all started to feel repetitive. It’s not terrible, but there just wasn’t enough to make me want to go back. If you’re short on time, I’d probably skip it.

"Simple and easy to figure out"
I found the site really easy to use, to be honest. I’m not great with cluttered pages, and I know not everyone cares about that, but for me it matters. The menu was clear, and I didn’t have to dig around to find the opening times, prices, or booking info. It worked fine on my phone as well, so I don’t really have anything to complain about. The text was easy to read too, which was a nice bonus.

"Fun once we got in, but lots of waiting"
I went on a Saturday with my son and, umm, it was actually fun once we finally got inside. The biggest downside was just all the waiting around. The queue at reception moved really slowly, and then a few of the activities had more waiting too, so we ended up standing about a lot more than I expected. The staff were friendly enough and the place looked clean, but I do think they could use better time slots or more staff on busy days. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating for what it cost.

"Plenty of seating"
Went with my kids on Saturday. Plenty of seats, which was a relief. I could sit while they played and not hover around with bags. A few tables were taken, but we still found a spot easily. Makes a big difference

I went to Urban Playground last weekend and was actually really pleased with how clean everything was. The floors, tables, and even the toilets were all kept tidy, which says a lot when a place is busy. I noticed the staff cleaning often too, so it gave me the impression they probably stay on top of things in general. I felt comfortable the whole time and would definitely go back.

I went in with a few friends i was kind of surprised by the drink menu. I was expecting the usual basic options, but nope, there was actually a lot to choose from. I remember thinking, okay, this is better than I expected. The prices were reasonable too, which is always a nice little bonus. I tried a couple different drinks and both were really good. Definitely the kind of place I’d go back to when I’m in the mood for drinks with friends.

"Fun vibe, but not perfect"
Went here with friends and the place did have a nice buzz to it. The music wasn’t blasting, which I appreciated, and the staff seemed relaxed. It was fun overall, though I kept noticing little things that made it feel a bit less smooth than it could’ve been. Still, it wasn’t over the top or annoying, and I’d probably go back.

"Finally Felt Like Someone Was Looking Out for Us"
I’m usually the one stuck worrying about the kids while everyone else relaxes, so I was expecting the same thing here. But the staff actually kept an eye on them the whole time, which was a relief. For once, I didn’t feel like I had to be on high alert every second, and it really did feel safe.

I had a really good experience with Urban Playground. The site was simple to use, everything went through without any issues, and I didn’t run into the usual confusion I’ve had with some other places. Compared to a lot of similar sites, this felt much more straightforward. I’d definitely be happy to use them again.

I’ve used urbanplayground.co.uk a few times now the tech side has been really solid. Pages load quickly, the booking process didn’t glitch, and the confirmation emails came through without any hassle. It’s nice when a site just works without adding unnecessary steps or making things complicated...

Booking was easy, and I liked that the prices were shown upfront with no random extra fees popping up at the end. That part felt really straightforward. I just wish the discounts were explained a little more clearly, because I wasn’t totally sure if I was getting the best deal or missing something. Anyone else feel that way?
